Binder Cuffs

Used almost exclusively by law enforcement, these locking restraints are made of high durability alloys in order to be lightweight and effective. Typically locking wrists or ankles to each other, or one arm to a leg, even a limb and suitcase or permanent structure, the standard model is very secure. Binder Cuffs have DR:10/--, 20 hit points, and Strength Attribute of 40. Breaking them requires a DC30 Strength check, and removing them without the security authorization requires a DC25 Mechanics check.

Binder Cuffs can be adjusted to securely fasten to the limbs of any Small, Medium, or Large creatures.
