Conspiracy

It could have been the wrong place at the wrong time, but you were witness to an attempt to a terrible secret, and if it was ever discovered that you possessed the knowledge or evidence that you do, your life would be in great danger. Perhaps you were a sole survivor to a Strakhznakov Paint Job, or witnessed Dragoons obliterate a merchant suspected of illicit trade. Regardless of the details, the consequences are severe enough to justify your paranoia, and may even give you the motivation you need to see that the conspiracy is exposed to get your life back.

Feature:
As a result of trying to avoid the conspirators for so long, you have learned to spot the signs of a conspiracy. You can reroll any Perception check made to sense deception or influence, keeping the better result.
