The Reliquary | RSC / Panel Shield

Large, hardened blocking devices that look akin to an old knight's tower shield, or a more modern riot shield employed by the United Nations Police Force, these devices are heavy and solid panels designed to deflect incoming fire. Frameworks employing a Panel Shield gain a +4 Equipment Bonus to their Reflex Defense, and gain the following bonus actions:

As a Move Action, a Framework can take a defensive position, providing Hard Cover for any creatures one size smaller than it.
Once per encounter, as a Reaction a Panel Shield can be used to increase the provided Damage Resistance from DR:4/-- to DR:10/-- for an attack that the pilot is aware of.
Once per encounter, a Panel Shield can be used to make a Bull Rush as though the pilot had the feat ?. If the pilot already has the feat, they gain a +5 Equipment Bonus on the attempt.
