The Reliquary | RSC / Sensors Suite: Rangefinder

Installing a set of distance measuring lasers and radio transceivers in concert with specialized processors provides a sensor array that can feed real-time telemetry to the operator and aid in ranged weapons targeting. The Rangefinder Systems provide a +2 Equipment Bonus on Attack Rolls with a specific Ranged Weapons Group ( Pistols, Rifles, or Heavy Weapons only ). This group is determined when the system is installed. It can be adjusted with a DC20 Use Computer and DC20 Mechanics check after 4 hours of work, and requires 50% of the Base Cost in specialized parts and software packages.

Special: If using Aid Another to assist someone's Attack Roll that also has a Rangefinder ( either as a function of their armor, or as part of their weapon ), a successful attempt provides a +5 Assistance Bonus to their roll instead.
