Khrushchev is a handler and operative within the HHPP Special Operations Service branch known as the Strakhznakov ( Cтpaxзнaкoв; translated as Dreadmarks ). With an official rank of Starshina, he is granted access to many systems in the HHPP records, inventories, and requisitions. His role within the Strakhznakov is as a unit handler and quartermaster, and people within the secretive branch are aware of him by name, sight, or reputation. Khrushchev works very closely with Colonel Anastasya Lafitte, and though he refuses to call her by anything but her rank, the very stern woman has been rumored to have said that he may "call her Stasya", inferring that she views him quite highly.

The quartermaster has a very distinctive style; though cybernetics are not unheard of-- and indeed, Khrushchev has forearms that are enhanced at the very least, revealing he has accepted the use of them --he is never seen to be without a Rebreather system that covers his head entirely and obscures all but the upper portion of his face. Generally quiet, when he does speak he does not talk about himself, nor does he speak about anyone else. He sticks to the facts at hand, and the orders that have been given.

Known Skills

What has not been completely redacted in Khrushchev's record shows that he was a skilled agent of the SOS prior to being recruited into the Strakhznakov. As with almost all operatives, he is skilled in many forms of combat including basic marksmanship, hand to hand, and improvised tactics. Additionally he is versed in operator procedures including data spiking, mechanical sabotage & repair, explosives, and field medical training. His time spent on Io working with Strakhznakov command has also lent familiarity to the bureaucratic process.

Assignments

Much of Khrushchev's dossier has been redacted as is standard practice for Strakhznakov operatives. However the combination of his skills along with his history as a close aid to Colonel Lafitte made him a prime candidate to be assigned to the RFS Arquebus as a unit coordinator.
