Liquid Cable Dispenser

Occasionally an old fashioned tie or lead line is required, but space can be at a premium when shipping supplies. Developed off advancements in 3D printing, pocket-sized dispensers containing an 'ink feed' that automatically solidifies as it is decompressed. The dispenser has enough 'ink' for up to 15 meters ( 10 squares ) of cable with a Strength Attribute of 28 that can safely support up to 560kg, and can be broken with a DC24 Strength check or easily severed by anything with a sharp edge.
