Battle Fire: By adjusting the timing mechanism of the electronic trigger and cycling mechanism, Autofire attacks with the ND-47 use five rounds of ammunition instead of ten. A user with the Burst Fire feat uses only three rounds instead of five.
Versatile Construction: The ND-47 contains a motorized stock that can automatically collapse or extend to the users personal specifications with the press of a simple button. Once per round as a Free Action the registered owner of the weapon may change the position of the stock. While collapsed, the weapon range functions as a Pistol and allows for making opportunity attacks, but cannot be braced for Autofire attacks. While extended, the weapon range functions as a Rifle, and can be braced with a single Swift Action.
NDA Power: Improved materials and modified cartridge size provides better stopping power, raising the damage by one step to 2d10
NDA Security: Multi-authentication bio-rhythmic lock systems key each issued firearm to an owner, preventing them by being used by anyone else; the lock can be overcome with a DC30 Use Computer check, and a DC30 Mechanics check, each requiring one hour of work.
