Power Recharger

Built with a compacted high-capacity battery and the necessary fittings to transfer a portion of its charge to other devices, the Power Recharger is effectively a battery middle-man. With a universal adapter, it can be used to recharge a Power Pack or Energy Cell in 4 hours while away from any other significant power source. Only 1 Power Pack or 4 Energy Cells can be charged at once, and the Power Recharger can only provide a charge to 100 different batteries before its own burns out. Power Rechargers connected to external power supplies such as a building's charging station, a ship's power system, or a Power Generator does not spend any of its internal charge capacity.
