Quzhujian

The concept of improving warfare is finding the edge over the enemy. In the early days of hostilities, the Chinese found a way to harness the turn of technology and the early focus of energy weapons, and to do it they commissioned the Quzhujian. The technological developments developed by Quzhujian found ways to improve the capacity of projected energy, adding a concussive impact that was not originally a design intention.

Of course, every development has an equal and opposite countermeasure. Fearing that similar technologies would be brought to the forefront by their enemies, the Quzhujian also invested time and money into perfecting mesh dispersion layers capable of passing the impact of any energy type into the plating systems of the armor itself, reducing the threat of energy weapons.

Quzhujian Weapons have the [Energy] and [Kinetic] damage tags.

Quzhujian Armor grants an additional DR:5/[Energy], but its Max Dex Bonus is adjusted by -1.
