UNPF Protocol Officiator 2464 - "Mad Protocol"
"Mad Protocol" is the self chosen designation for an Actuated Tinker who once served with the UNPF. During a particularly troubling prisoner interview, he noticed a curious error in his subroutines and was told to perform a soft reset of all systems to reprocess the information. When all systems came back online, Protocol Officiator 2464 had gone insane and violently escaped his workplace, narrating the title and punishment of all crimes he committed on his way out. After a short amount of time in hiding, he found his way into the company of a former actor? and a freelance pilot?. He made a living for himself with the duo as an extra hand and translator on occasion. Known SkillsMad is fully versed on the bureaucratic process of the United Nations, as well as having a familiarity with other government agencies and practices. His programming also gave him a near encyclopedic knowledge of various scientific and academic subjects, though his Actuation has lead him to pursue more combative skills. AssignmentsPrior to full Actuation, the Protocol Tinker now known as "Mad Protocol" was designated UNPF Protocol Officiator 2464 and was responsible for prisoner intake and processing at the Eastern State Penitentiary supermax facility. His responsibilities included evidence and case log review, prisoner interviews, and psychological profiling of inmates that may have been considered Katagorie Zeta, or "catagory 6" threats. As with all United Nations Police Force officers, he also required basic weapons training.
